How do I return an item?
IMPORTANT: When you receive your safe, make sure you inspect the safe immediately. Please make sure all accessories and parts are included. Make sure to inspect the safe for any manufacturing defects or shipping damages.
Item Damaged In Transit: If you receive your product and it appears to have been damaged in transit, you must contact Protex customer service immediately. Any damages to the product made by the freight carrier must be reported to Protex Customer Service within 48 hours. Any in-transit damages that are not reported within 48 hours after the product is received may be declined for refund.
Missing Parts/Manufacturing Defects: If your safe is missing parts or accessories or has a manufacturing defect, you must report it to Protex Customer Service within 5 business days of receipt of product. Any claims made after 5 business days may be declined.
Return Product: If you received your Protex Safe and would like to return it, you must contact the dealer from which you purchased the product to process a return. Products must be returned no more than 30 days after receiving the product. Do not return a product unless you have obtained an RGA number from the authorized Protex Dealer you purchased your safe from. After you have obtained an RGA number, Products must be returned at the end-user’s expense to the Protex Warehouse at the following address:
